Contemporary arquitecture

Garibay, 3, with its own style, its architecture and interior design, where the protagonism of its façades, the combination and quality of the materials, its communal areas and the use of the latest technologies and trends take precedence.

The exterior façade has been designed in veined exposed concrete, made in situ, together with the subtle play of windows embedded in increasingly large metal boxes that progressively open up to the exterior.

Inside, façades with large windows combined with different materials and numerous terraces look out onto the spacious private garden area and its two swimming pools.

BREEAM certification

The project is BREEAM certified, a certification system that assesses that the project has been developed respecting social, economic and environmental sustainability values of the building.

The design criteria have implemented good standards of materials and installations aimed at achieving a high energy rating-thermal insulation, exterior carpentry, more efficient installations, hot water production, etc.
