History

15 years guiding our clients towards success

In the year 2008, in the midst of the financial crisis, José Luis Marcos Muñoz and Jesús Sáenz de Tejada created Proel. With the aim of providing support and tools for an optimal management and marketing of properties.

Thanks to the skill, willpower and effort of our team, Proel turned a problem into a unique opportunity.

From the start, we never stopped learning and improving our business technique, in order to offer our clients a safe and simple experience, which will allow them to be successful in the market.

José Luis Marcos Muñoz

Founding Partner and Chairman

José Luis graduated from Deusto in 1974, later obtaining an MBA in Real Estate at Madrid Technical College for Architecture (UPM) in 1989, and has broad experience in the real estate business.

Since then, he has taken on important responsible positions. In 2008, he decided to found PROEL Consultoría, of which he is currently Chairman.

Jesús Sáenz De Tejada Méndez

Founding Partner and Managing Director

Jesús graduated in Law from Complutense University (UCM), obtained a Master’s in Urban Planning from Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV) and an MBA Executive from Comillas Pontifical University ICADE. He has broad experience in the real estate business linked to Land and Urban planning. In 2008 he was one of the founding partners of marketing consultancy firm PROEL, becoming its Managing Director until the present.

Ramón Lledó Barcia

Head of Sales

With long-standing links to real estate consultancy, Ramón landed at Proel in 2010 to boost the Marketing and New-Build Department. He is currently Head of Sales.

Patricia Marcos Fuentes

Head of Business Development

Patricia graduated in International Business Administration and Management from CEU San Pablo University, finishing her studies at Boston University (BU), Boston.

With broad experience over 6 years in fast-moving consumer goods at the international marketing department of a well-known American multinational, in 2019 she took COAM’s Real Estate Development Programme. In 2020 she joined the PROEL team, where she is currently Head of Business Development.

We have a Code of Ethics whose purpose is to establish a list of ethical principles, values and standards of conduct that must efficiently guide the actions of all the people who make up Proel.

Through this Code of Ethics, we demand compliance with the law, inexistence of corruption, withdrawal in cases of conflict of interest, health and safety at the workplace, job development, equality, no discrimination, transparency, professional secrecy, data protection, good use of resources, protection of the environment, control of financial information and proper use of information.

Prevention of Money Laundering
We have a procedure for the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Its purpose is to avoid the products and services we offer be used to launder money or finance terrorism, as well as to detect and assess situations of risk, and collaborate by providing the relevant information. Both training and process audits and roll-outs are carried out by specialised companies.

Data protection
We comply with the regulations regarding the General Data Protection Regulation, so we analyze the data we process.

CRM
For an efficient management of the commercial activity, Salesforce provides us with its technology, creating a customized CRM through which we register customer information for an optimal service.
